I participated in launching the product from scratch and was involved in all key processes: analytics, requirements gathering, user research, team formation, support, and interface design.
My responsibilities
Designing all product interfaces: the web platforms for clients and carriers, as well as the mobile app for drivers.
Conducting user research with logistics managers, drivers, and the security team.
Gathering requirements and presenting progress to investors.
Defining product metrics and analyzing user data.
Shipper. The goal was to quickly post a shipment and select a carrier based on price and rating. To achieve this, we analyzed existing platforms and conducted usability testing.
Carrier. The goal was to help carriers find suitable shipments. We implemented several solutions: saved routes, automatic matching of return loads, and nearby shipment suggestions.
Driver. The goal was to let drivers view details of their assigned trip and update the status upon arrival. The main challenge was that many drivers were not comfortable with technology, so the interface was kept as simple as possible and onboarding materials were created to support them.
